The Tug Fork River BandTHE TUG FORK RIVER BAND has issued the following statement:

Our drummer recently left for graduate school and we are looking for a full time replacement. We have been around for 5 years, have self released an EP and released a full length on Wounded Records based out of Evansville. We have played Cornerstone Festival (www.cornerstonefestival.com) for the past 4 years, with the last 3 years being on the Encore stage. We have played in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We have shared the stage with Haste the Day, IWrestledABearOnce, Born of Osiris, Inhale Exhale, and The Chariot among many others. We have been featured in the magazines: Hails & Horns, AMP, Highwire Daze, and Substream.

We are looking for someone who would be willing to commit to at least 1 practice per week and open on the weekends for shows. Practice will be in Broad Ripple.

We are currently working on new material and are looking to self release another EP around the Spring of 2011. We are also currently getting some consulting from a well known manager in the industry.
