Brazil’s SUMMON BONUM have announced that they have begun recording a new full-length album for 2011.
SUMMON BONUM is a esoteric melodic dark/black metal band with classical influences. Formed in 2009 by Harim, SUMMON BONUM name is latin and means “supreme good” or “target maximum of life” – a meaning that does justice to the lyrical proposed project that is addressing issues about the unraveling of the mysteries of philosophy, spirituality and the growing need for our time to seek unity with the cosmic reality.
As one-man-band it released independently its two first works: ‘Felix Culpa‘ EP and ‘Um Sonho de Fantasia Nostálgica‘ MCD using just tones from keyboard for simulate all instruments (incluing guitars and drums!). But now new member Robson Frederico will record the guitars, bass and drums on next album that’s already started recording.
