Italian bombastic symphonic power metal band Thy Majestie is working on a new studio album, this will be their 5th full length album, and the follow up to 2008’s Dawn.
The band has offered the following updates:
(June 9) Here we go guys and girls… Time has come for Thy Majestie to hit the recording studios once again! Next Monday we will start recording our 5th full length album, which will be released during the first months of 2012. We still need you to hold on a little bit, but we promise you won’t be disappointed! Claudio: “today I replaced the skins of my drums to start recording, making a comparison it’s like when you change tyres to your bike, it rocks :D ”
(June 14) Recording officially started: “yesterday night I recorded the first drum track, today I’ll flight to UK to spend a week with my wife, then next week we’ll go on with the other tracks. stay tuned” – Claudio
