Bloodgood - Rock in a Hard PlaceINTENSE MILLENNIUM RECORDS has announced that BLOODGOOD’s 1988 album “Rock in a Hard Place” will receive the INTENSE MILLENNIUM remaster treatment in January 2011.

INTENSE MILLENNIUM commented as follows:
“With the delay of THE ALTAR BOYSGut Level Music” we had to move something into the open January slot, and another classic BLOODGOOD album just made the most sense with their induction into the Christian Music Hall of Fame on November 8th. As well their first two album being rereleased by us this November.:

“One thing that we really want to focus on with this remaster is bringing out the bass and low end that sounds as if it’s completely missing from the original mix. Everyone from the band to the fans comment on that aspect of this album, we believe that this can be completely fixed on our release.”

The original track listing for “Rock in a Hard Place” reads as follows:

1. Shakin’ It
2. Never Be The Same
3. The Presence
4. What Have I Done?
5. Heaven On Earth
6. Do Or Die
7. She’s Gone
8. The World (Keeps Movin’ Around)
9. Seven

FINALLY!!!! Seriously, it’s about time this grossly underappreciated album got remastered (the original mix & mastering were criminally incompetent) and rereleased. The release date is, supposedly, July 26.
